A Springtime Wedding Show at Easton Grange, Suffolk

A sunny Sunday in Suffolk was on the agenda on the 2nd March and a stand at the Easton Grange Wedding Open Day. Nestled in picturesque countryside, Easton Grange is a recently refurbished country barn wedding venue comprising both contemporary and traditional buildings (dating back to the 16th century), in a wonderful riverside setting. Spring was really in the air for all the couples who came to visit and the whole event was a very relaxed and enjoyable occasion. Our stand was in the main ceremony hall; a perfect light-filled room and additionally fantastic as we had the pleasure of listening to the dulcet tones of the very talented harpist – and even put in a few requests (Daft Punk no less!). It was lovely to meet a range of brides,  grooms and parents, chat about their wedding plans and witness their excitement as ideas started to take shape. Everybody seemed to enjoy the opportunity to browse and chat whilst sipping fizz and sampling the fine canapés provided by in-house caterers Galloping Gourmet – the duck rolls were divine!

As there was only a select group of suppliers the atmosphere was one of camaraderie. It was especially wonderful to meet the talented Jane of Myrtle and Mint Florists with her amazing floral creations and also Charlotte from The Bridal Lounge showcasing her stunning bridal dresses.

Have a look at some of the pictures of the day below….
